Sasha came down with a fever yesterday morning and had to stay home. Fortunately, he's old enough to do so by himself. In the evening, he seemed to be feeling better, but in the morning his fever rose sharply and he had to stay home again. After she got home from work, Kala took him to the doctor, who suspected strep. The quick-and-dirty test showed negative, but we're still waiting for the longer, more accurate test.

Sasha will still be home tomorrow, of course. He's actually asking to go back to school because "even City of Heroes gets boring."

And we have to monitor the other boys and ourselves for any signs of sickness.
