Worn By Weather

We're all getting worn down by weather hereabouts.  We can't seem to go a week without some major weather event--a snow storm, an ice storm, a freeze that causes slippery roads.  The salt shortage continues, and the roads remain treacherous.  It often takes extra time for me to get to work, and it's a nervous drive.  One treacherous bit of weather moves in, and another follows a day or two later.  To top it off, the cold and flu season has been particularly virulent this year.  There's always some major virus going around.  I feel like I've been sick with one thing or another for weeks. It's wearing everyone down.
