Ann Arbor Homeless

Ann Arbor is more generous to the homeless than any other city:

This ain't news.  Ann Arborites have known this for quite some time, actually, and so have other cities.  In fact, police from other cities often buy undesirable homeless people bus tickets to Ann Arbor.
